HORECA Sales Specialist (Korean Nationality) - USD 3,000 - 3,500 [28863 - Ho Chi Minh City / Hanoi]

• Execute daily sales activities, including order management, delivery coordination, sales promotion, and payment collection.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and promptly handle feedback and business issues.
• Develop new customers and identify business opportunities through market research and surveys.
• Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with new customers.
• Lead and manage the HORECA sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Analyze sales performance and support the Sales Manager in developing sales strategies and reports.
• Coordinate with the Marketing team on promotional activities, activations, and product sampling.
* Working hours: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday - Friday

• Nationality: Korean
• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 3 years of sales experience in the fresh food industry.
• Business-level English communication skills.
• Good knowledge of food industry sales, especially products with a short shelf life.
• Basic understanding of the food market.
• Experience in negotiating commercial terms, margins, and contracts.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, result-oriented mindset, and PDCA skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Good health, own transportation, and willingness to travel for business when required.
