[Ho Chi Minh] Cabin Crew Coordinator

STARLUX Airlines is a brand-new full-service airline from Taiwan and we are aiming to expand our service world-wide. Currently we are looking for Cabin Crew Coordinator to join us in Tan Son Nhat International Airport. Responsibilities

1. Handle all administrative matters related to VNM cabin crew at the airport base office, including insurance administration, annual health check arrangements, and other administrative support.

2. Manage cabin crew personnel data and records, including attendance and rewards/disciplinary actions.

3. Support the dispatch of the cabin crew.

4. Be responsible for cabin crew travel document renewals and expense reimbursement claims.

5. Perform other duties as assigned by the Department Manager.

Job Requirement

1. Must excel in reading and written Chinese or English.

2. Work location will be located in Tan Son Nhat International Airport.

Qualifications

1. Hold a bachelor’s degree. (HR related is a plus)

2. Excellent command of spoken and written Mandarin or English.

3. Basic Microsoft Office skills.

4. Depending on business and operational needs, may be asked to work overtime.

5. Possess the legal right to work in Vietnam.

Education

Bachelor's degree or above.

Work Experience

Experience as Cabin Crew is a plus.

Language Requirements

Proficient in Mandarin or English (spoken and written).
