• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in manufacturing

• Strong knowledge of UF/MUF/PF resin systems is an advantage

• Experience in process control and problem-solving

• Leadership and team management skills

• Good English communication skills
