Head of Manufacturing Supply Chain (Chinese & English speaking)

Procurement & Contract Governance: Oversee the sourcing of raw materials and corporate services; lead commercial contract negotiations and strengthen relationships with regional suppliers and strategic vendors.
Vendor Management: Focus predominantly on maintaining and optimizing engagement with the company’s existing vendor base, with occasional responsibilities in researching and onboarding new suppliers.
Strategic Planning: Formulate and execute long-term strategic plans for the supply chain, ensuring alignment with global corporate objectives.
Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve supply chain workflows to maximize operational efficiency and achieve cost reduction.
Market Intelligence & Crisis Management: Act as the central 'control tower' to gather, analyze, and update market information; proactively flag and mitigate potential risks regarding material costs and delivery timelines.
Male or Female; Under 45 years old.
Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is strictly required.
10 years of professional experience in Supply Chain operations, 5 years in a dedicated managerial or leadership capacity.
Strong experience in supplier sourcing and management.
Preference will be given to candidates with extensive experience in large-scale manufacturing plants.
Mandatory proficiency in utilizing ERP systems.
Language Proficiency: Good at English and Chinese (4 skills).
