Job Description:
Client Consultation: Meet and consult with clients to thoroughly understand project requirements and their business objectives.
Project Briefing & Quality Control: Accurately convey project requirements to the team, team leads, and external vendors. Ensure the final deliverables strictly align with the creative brief and meet client expectations.
Commercial Management: Handle quotations, negotiations, and contract closures. Report directly to the Manager or Director for approval.
Account Management: Regularly communicate, monitor, and resolve any arising issues with clients throughout the project lifecycle to ensure deadlines are met.
Financial Tracking: Maintain a clear timeline of project wrap-ups, collaborate with the Admin team to ensure all financial documents and invoices are sent, and follow up with clients for timely payments.
New Business Development: Work closely with the Account Manager to prepare proposals and participate in pitching for new projects.
Creative Presentation: Collaborate with the Art Director to present company proposals and artworks to clients.
Relationship Management: Nurture and develop strong relationships with the company's clients and vendors.
Job Requirements
Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience as a Senior Account Executive in a Creative Agency.
Industry Knowledge: Solid knowledge and experience in Digital and Branding.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience executing Social Media and E-commerce campaigns.
Ability to read and analyze Performance Marketing metrics.
Experience in booking KOCs/KOLs.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or qualification in Marketing, Mass Communications, International Relations, or a related field is preferred.
Language Skills: Excellent communication, reading comprehension, and professional email-writing skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Professionalism: Proactive approach, maintains good client relationships, takes initiative in reporting work progress and providing feedback to superiors.
Soft Skills: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills; time management and organizational skills; problem-solving abilities; proactive mindset.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team for higher efficiency.
Resilience: Willingness to work extended hours (if required) and handle high-pressure situations.
Mindset: Patient, a good listener, and a positive thinker with the ability to absorb, process, and resolve problems effectively and promptly.
