Standardize Methods:
Standardize costing and production methods.
Communicate new methods to team (SMV).
Coordinate GSD analysis.
GSD Analysis:
Report GSD analysis results to management.
Participate in team GSD analysis.
Document improvement minutes.
Evaluate and report work results.
Report incidents to management.
Garment Technical Support:
Provide garment method technical support.
Contribute to method improvement (GSD, Kaizen).
Calculate production support department scores.
Input and verify output reports.
Plant Systems:
Participate in plant system activities.
Attend company policy training.
Ensure plant system compliance.
Resolve daily issues.
Garment Technology degree or equivalent.
English and Chinese language proficiency
Garment manufacturing process knowledge.
3+ years relevant experience.
GSD software proficiency.
