Prepare submission to get construction permit from Building Management.
Supervise finishing and interior construction on the site.
Ensure project schedule always being on time.
Control quality of the project.
Avoid the risky by report and proposal solution to superior.
Other tasks will be assigned by managers.

Age: 25 – 30 years oldEnthusiastic and proactive.
Well team working with orientation of resolving matters.
A solution-oriented mindset with a positive approach to challenges, taking full ownership of project quality.
Good computer skills at: scheduling (Excel), proposing presentation (Power Point), AutoCAD, …Planning skill, schedule management and time management.
English communication.
At least 2 years of experience in interior/finishing construction.
Good mindset of self conciousness planning, operation preparation.
Logical thinking.
