• Lead and execute commercial strategy to drive market share growth in Vietnam.
• Build and manage a high-performance sales team (Project, Channel, and Furniture segments).
• Expand sales channels across developers, distributors, and furniture manufacturers.
• Leverage marketing and digital platforms to generate qualified leads and strengthen brand presence.
• Position the company as a premium brand (quality & sustainability focus).
• Drive key B2B negotiations and design distributor incentive programs.
• Develop strong relationships with architects and specifiers to secure project specifications.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure efficient logistics and sales-driven production planning.

• 15+ years of experience in commercial or sales leadership roles
• Strong background in building materials, furniture, or related industries
• Proven success in driving business growth (e.g., significantly increasing sales volume in emerging markets)
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large sales teams and multi-channel distribution networks
• Strong B2B negotiation skills and experience in managing key accounts
• Experience working with distributors, developers, and industrial customers
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate market insights into execution
• Fluent in English; Vietnamese proficiency is an advantage
