General Accountant - Salary 20-30 millions - Company size 10-20 employees

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to manage daily accounting activities, tax declarations, and monthly reporting for our company.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting for a company of approximately 10-20 employees.

• Process and monitor up to 50 purchase VAT invoices per month.

• Record accounting transactions accurately and maintain complete supporting documents.

• Prepare monthly financial and management reports.

• Prepare and submit tax declarations and related compliance work, including PIT, CIT, VAT, and other applicable tax reports.

• Reconcile bank accounts, receivables, payables, and relevant accounting balances.

• Coordinate with external service providers, tax authorities, auditors, and internal stakeholders as needed.

• Ensure compliance with Vietnamese accounting standards and tax regulations.

• Use MISA accounting software for bookkeeping, reporting, and tax-related work.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of accounting experience.

• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese accounting practices, tax regulations, PIT, CIT, and VAT declarations.

• Experience preparing monthly reports.

• Proficiency in MISA accounting software.

• Detail-oriented, responsible, organized, and able to meet reporting deadlines.

• Chief Accountant Certificate.

Preferred Qualifications

• Good written English and ability to communicate in simple English.

• Experience working for or with a foreign-owned company.

• Experience preparing accounting or management reports in English.
