General Accountant/ Kế Toán Tổng Hợp

- Manage Full Set of Accounts:
- Maintain and update financial records, including accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger, ensuring timely and accurate closing.
- Prepare and publish timely financial statements and reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Prepare and analyze costing reports to support business decisions.
- Prepare tax reports and tax filings.
- Implement Cost Controls:
- Develop and implement cost control policies and procedures.
- Monitor cost and expenditures to provide recommendations for cost optimization.
- Compliance and Auditing:
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Liaise with auditors and tax authorities when required.
- Coordinate and support external audits and tax audits.
- Others:
- Other Ad-hoc duties as required.

- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Proven experience as an Accountant handling full set of accounts.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
