General Accountant ( Kế Toán Tổng Hợp)

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented General Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will handle daily accounting operations, ensure accuracy in financial records, and take full responsibility for monthly/quarterly tax reporting in compliance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.

- Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.

- Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures.

- Prepare and confidently handle monthly and quarterly tax reports (VAT, PIT, CIT, etc.) and ensure timely submission to tax authorities.

- Monitor and review accounting data, resolve discrepancies, and perform reconciliations.

- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

- Education: Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Accounting, Auditing, Corporate Finance, or a related field.

- Experience:

• Minimum of 03 - 05 years of working experience in the accounting field.
• At least  01 - 02 years of experience specifically in a General Accountant role.

- Professional Knowledge:

• Deep understanding of current Vietnamese Tax Laws and Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS).
• Proven experience and high confidence in preparing and processing monthly/quarterly tax reports.

- Skills & Attributes:

• Highly careful, meticulous, and accurate when working with numbers.
• Strong integrity, honesty, and a high sense of responsibility.
