General Accountant Cum Admin

Accounting Duties
Issue VAT invoices and ensure accurate accounting records.
Verify and record accounting transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
Prepare payment vouchers and process payments to local vendors and overseas agents.
Monitor and reconcile accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP).
Perform daily bank reconciliations.
Prepare monthly accounting reports and support month-end closing activities.
Prepare and submit VAT, PIT, and other tax-related reports in accordance with local regulations.
Coordinate with external accounting/tax service providers and auditors when required.
Maintain accounting documents and records properly.
Perform other duties assigned by the Office Manager and BOD.
Insurance & HR Administration
Monitor company insurance policies, including employee social insurance, health insurance, and other related insurance matters.
Liaise with insurance authorities and service providers.
Ensure compliance with labor and insurance regulations.
Support travel arrangements, meetings, and company events when required.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and general office facilities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting or Accounting & Administration roles.
Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or international trading companies is an advantage.
Good understanding of Vietnamese accounting and taxation regulations.
Experience in handling payments to overseas agents/vendors is preferred.
Good command of English (written and spoken).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting software.
Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
