General Accountant And Tax Specialist

1. Prepare Statutory audited report
2. Taxation:
• Prepare Tax reports and corporate governance reports following accounting norms, tax regulations of tax authorities fully & timely:
+ review and finalize monthly/quarterly/yearly tax reports (VAT, PIT, CIT, FCT)
+ prepare transfer pricing report
+ review global minimum tax (GMT)
• Consulting on tax policies and tax structures suitable for the operation of business
• Advising on handling complex tax situations (tax incentives, special contracts, etc.)
• Analyzing and assessing tax risks and proposing solutions
• Developing and reviewing tax-related processes
• Working directly with tax authorities during inspections and audits
• Updating and providing internal training on changes in tax policies
• Participating in developing and reviewing tax-related processes and long-term tax plans for the business
3. Compliance: ensure the proper practice under internal control procedures and management objective.
4. External liaison: coordinate with the Tax Office, Banks and any relevant parties to ensure smooth operations and regulatory compliance.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting
• At least 5 years of experience in related roles.
• Good English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools.
• Solid knowledge of local taxation (VAT, PIT, CIT, FCT).
• Experience working in manufactory enterprises is plus
