1. Job Overview
Manage & Guarantee Financial Accounting with contribution/ impact to financial functions such as: AP, AR, GL, Taxation, Treasury, internal & external audit, statutory reporting.
2. Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
2.1.
Financial Reporting & Compliance: Prepare timely and accurate financial statements (e.g., balance sheets, income statements) ensuring compliance with VAS/international standards like GAAP or IFRS.
2.2.   Manage accounting control system (SAP) to ensure the accounting jobs of company in compliance with the accounting principles & government law and respond to review financial & internal reports accurately, timely and sufficiently.
2.3.   Understanding Group accounting consolidation system (SURF), mapping and ensuring accurate mapping and postings for period closing data quality and year-end closing data quality.
1.3.   Support to control cash flow to prevent any risk to the continuous business.
1.4.
Audit & Tax Readiness:
Acts as the primary liaison for tax authorities and external auditors, handling tax filings, resolving discrepancies, and managing audits & Tax refund, return.
1.5.   Work with tax consulting agencies for all questions related to business, contract or a specific operation.
1.6.   Set up tax reports, statistics, and tax finalization in accordance with the laws of Vietnam.
1.7.   Work with External Audit & Tax Audit to ensure smooth audit and deliver satisfactory results.
1.8.
Internal Controls: ensure internal controls rules relating accounting policies and procedures to safeguard company assets, detect fraud, and ensure all transactions are properly authorized.
1.9.   Work with Bank, other departments for setting up and monitoring procedures to comply with Group Policy, Internal Policy and local VAS
2.10.
Team Leadership: train, and supervise the work of accounting team (including accounts payable/receivable, treasury, Fixed asset)
2.11.   Check, monitor, remind and guide, train subordinates, team members, and internal departments to follow internal policies, rules and regulations.
2.12.   Overall and oversight SSC performance and give feedback for improvements and governance results and procedures
2.13.   Follow all working procedures, the company’s policies, rules and regulations.
2.14.   Adhere Company Quality systems & rules
2.15.   Adhere Company Safety Rules
Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in accounting or financial
English: Good
SAP experience is an advantage.
Priority given to experience in handling tax audits and tax refunds.
Able to handle high work pressure
