- AP/AR Management: Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Financial Reporting: Produce error-free accounting reports, including Trial Balance, Profit & Loss (P&L), and Balance Sheet.
- Data Management: Input, maintain, and manage financial data using MISA software.
- Forecasting & Standards: Participate in establishing financial standards, forecasts, and annual budgets according to company plans.
- Tax Compliance & Audits: Assist with tax filings and tax audits; conduct internal audits and liaise with tax authorities and inspectors to ensure full regulatory compliance.
- Period-End Closing: Support month-end and year-end closing processes and management reporting.
- Internal Controls: Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to strengthen internal controls.
- Executive Reporting: Provide ad-hoc and routine financial reports to the Director and Management team as required.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in accounting or general accounting roles.
- Solid understanding of fundamental accounting procedures.
- Familiarity and proficiency with financial statements.
- Experience with general ledger functions and the processing of monthly and year-end accounting records.
- Practical experience with accounting software packages.
- A serious, professional, and accurate work ethic with strong attention to detail.
- Aptitude for numbers and strong quantitative skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to manage and organize work effectively.
