General Accountant

I. Tax Department

1. Prepare and submit VAT reports.

2. Prepare and submit Personal Income Tax (PIT) reports.

3. Maintain records of tax invoices and Certificated Personal Income Tax Withholding.

4. Prepare and submit withholding tax reports.

II. Department of Planning and Investment (DPI)

Prepare and submit reports related to DPI

III. Statistic Department

1. Prepare and submit reports related to project implementation.

2. Generate and maintain headcount reports.

IV. Accounting Work

1. Check and verify receipts.

2. Process payment requests.

3. Manage petty cash claims.

4. Update projected schedule payments.

5. Generate Pro-forma invoices and Red Invoices.

6. Input accounting data into Accounting software (e.g., FAST).

7. Organize and maintain accounting documents.

8. Prepare cash balance reports.

9. Support to Chief Accountant in salaries, cashflow projection, budget, aging reports

V. Payment

Handle payments for various taxes, including VAT, PIT (Personal Income Tax), Business tax, CIT (Corporate Income Tax), Withholding tax.

VI. Social Insurance

1. New employees are registered for social insurance

2. Verify and collect the necessary documentation from new hires for social insurance enrollment.

3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee start and end dates, along with their respective social insurance contributions.

4. Update the status with the social insurance authorities to cease contributions on their behalf when an employee leaves the company,

5. Ensure that the company is compliant with social insurance laws regarding employee registration and deregistration.

6. Report accurately and timely employee onboarding and termination to the social insurance authority to ensure that employees receive the benefits they are entitled to and to maintain compliance with labor and tax laws.

- At least 1–2 years of experience in General Accounting or Accounting.
