General Accountant

1. Financial Reporting & Tax Compliance
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports accurately and on schedule.
Prepare and submit statutory tax declarations, including VAT, PIT, CIT and other required tax reports.
Support tax finalisation and ensure full compliance with Vietnamese tax regulations.
2. Accounting Operations
Maintain accurate and timely accounting records in compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and Company policies.
Review accounting entries and ensure proper account reconciliation on a monthly basis.
3. Internal Control & Compliance
Review payment requests and accounting documents for both domestic and international transactions.
Ensure proper filing and maintenance of accounting records and supporting documents.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with Finance, Import, Purchasing, Logistics and other departments to resolve accounting issues and improve workflow.
Support finance-related projects and perform other duties assigned by the Finance Manager.
1. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing or related fields.
2. Experience
Above
2 years of experience in General Accounting or equivalent roles.
Experience in trading, import-export or pharmaceutical companies is highly preferred.
Experience with month-end closing, tax reporting and financial statements.
3. Language
Good command of English (mandatory).
Able to prepare reports, communicate effectively by email and collaborate with overseas colleagues and business partners.
