Game Monetization Specialist (Mobile Games)

1. Ad Revenue Optimization

• Set up, operate, and optimize scenarios to maximize In-App Advertising (IAA) revenue for mobile games.
• Monitor and analyze advertising metrics for each product; evaluate performance and conduct A/B testing across various Ad Networks and Mediation platforms.
• Track and address user feedback to maintain a healthy balance between ad revenue and User Experience (UX).
• Collaborate closely with the Product and Marketing teams to continuously research and test improvements in technical setups, operations, and in-game ad experiences.

2. Partner Management & Market Research

• Work directly with major partners such as Google, AdMob, Meta, Unity Ads, ironSource, AppLovin, etc., to update and implement the latest optimization solutions.
• Promptly resolve any technical issues (ad bugs) or platform policy violations.
• Research competitors and the market to discover, test, and integrate new Ad Networks and highly effective optimization strategies.

1. Requirements & Qualifications

• Candidates with at least 6 months of experience in operations, ad revenue optimization (Ad Monetization), game monetization, or related fields are preferred.
• Possess a data-driven mindset: highly proficient in reading, analyzing, and making decisions based on data.
• Good English reading and comprehension skills (crucial for keeping up with international market trends and documentation); an IELTS score of 7.5 or above is a strong plus.
• A Bachelor’s degree in related fields such as Mathematics, Information Technology, or Data Science is preferred.

2. Skills & Traits

• Strong logical thinking, eagerness to learn, and a blend of creativity and quick problem-solving abilities.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented.
• Action-oriented with a strong, hands-on operational mindset.
