Full Stack Engineer (Java/Spring Boot)

WHAT YOU WILL DO
● Build and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
● Develop frontend features using React, Next.js, or modern web technologies.
● Design APIs, integrations, and business workflows.
● Build product features related to property discovery, lead management, CRM, and agent productivity.
● Explore and implement AI-powered capabilities such as recommendations, search, matching, and workflow automation.
● Collaborate closely with Product, Business, and Engineering teams.
● Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Required
● 2–5 years of software development experience.
● Strong Java and Spring Boot experience.
● Experience building REST APIs and backend systems.
● Good understanding of modern frontend development.
● Experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL.
● Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows.
● Comfortable reading English technical documentation.
● Curious, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies.
Nice to Have
● React, Next.js, or TypeScript.
● Python.
● Redis, Docker, AWS.
● AI tools such as Cursor, Copilot, Claude, or ChatGPT.
● Experience with SaaS, Marketplace, CRM, FinTech, or PropTech products.
