Executionlab is a software development company based in Ho Chi Minh City that works on digital transformation projects for many clients mainly from Japan. 

We are looking for a Fresher BrSE to join our team. If you're an experienced IT-comtor, who is willing to take on the BrSE career path, you're welcome to apply.
 

Job Description

• Interact directly with clients in Japan to negotiate and receive project activities.
• Join as a bridge for meetings between the project team and client. Create documents related to project development.
• Help the development team create documents to report, and track the relationship between the customer and the development team.
• Support Project Manager’s or Leader's tasks.
• Improve Project management skills to become BrSE (if you are an ITComtor) or Bridge Project Manager (BPM) in the future.

Your Skills and Experience

MUST HAVE

• Have Japanese N2 level or higher 
• Good communication skills, can hold a conversation with Japanese clients in a business manner.

NICE TO HAVE

• Any experience at Japanese IT companies (software/game/product)
• Previous experience working on-site in Japan 
• Good logical thinking, good self-management skills.
• Ability to multitask,  to work under high pressure, to work in teams and work independently
• Background as a software engineer (in any position) is preferable.

Working Time: 8:30 - 17:30 (8 hours/day, 1 hour lunch break) from Monday - Friday and the last Saturday of the month; public holidays subject to Labor Law.
