Tuyển dụng Forwarding Manager tại Hồ Chí Minh

- Developing new business accounts and expanding Air, Ocean and Road freight sales to increase gross profit and revenue.

- Maintaining existing customers and strengthening long-term business relationships.

- Managing and supervising the Forwarding team, including work allocation, coaching and performance follow-up.

- Preparing freight quotations and P&L estimates for Air, Ocean and Road freight services, including pricing and profitability review.

- Planning and organizing domestic and international cargo shipments, including route and transport-mode selection.

- Coordinating with Korea HQ, shipping lines, airlines, trucking companies, customs brokers and other local vendors to ensure smooth service execution.

- Ensuring compliance with customs clearance procedures, import-export regulations and cargo-specific requirements.

- Monitoring service quality, shipment status and customer reporting on a daily and monthly basis.

- Coordinating with internal departments and related parties for smooth daily operation and timely service delivery.

- Preparing sales activity reports and performance updates for management.

- Handling customer inquiries, service issues and client visits where required.

- Promoting company forwarding services to potential customers and developing new business opportunities.

- Generating action plans to enhance performance.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Extensive knowledge of Freight Forwarding/ Shipping and know well procedure for Customs Clearance

- Experience of handling special cargo will be an advantage

- Bachelor’s degree in international business/ SCM/ Import- Export

- At least 3 year experience

- Good English communication/ writing skills

- Korean language skill will be an advantage

- Good administrative skills

- Proficient in Microsoft office
