Foreign English Lecturer (Full-Time)

As a Foreign English Lecturer, you will:

- Deliver high-quality English courses, including:

+ General English

+ Business English

+ English for English-major students

- Prepare lesson plans and conduct classes in accordance with departmental standards.

- Assess students' learning outcomes through assignments, examinations, and other assessment activities.

- Mentor and support students in extracurricular and English enhancement activities.

- Participate in English assessment and testing activities.

- Collaborate with colleagues in curriculum development and academic improvement initiatives.

- Perform other academic duties as assigned by the Head of Department.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Master's degree (M.A.) in TESOL, Education, Applied Linguistics, English Language Teaching, or a closely related discipline.

- Minimum 2 years of English teaching experience, preferably in higher education.

- Excellent English communication skills.

- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and classroom management skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and dynamic environment.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
