Finance Specialist

【INTRODUCTION】

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting professional to support the day-to-day financial operations of our team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, while maintaining smooth communication across departments.

【JOB MISSION】

Handle daily AP/AR/ payment and assist with month-end close.

【JOB DESCRIPTION】

1. Handle daily communication and coordination for the department via email and telephone.

2. Manage accounts payable processes, including invoice verification and processing through the EB/PR system.

3. Prepare and process payment requests, ensuring all approvals and supporting documentation are complete and compliant.

4. Record and monitor accounts receivable transactions, including processing customer receipts through the E-receipt system and AR batch entries.

5. Assist with monthly financial closing activities to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

6. Support the collection, organization, and filing of accounting documents and supporting records.

7. Perform other duties and assignments as directed by management.

8. Assist in the requirements of local statutory auditing, annual corporate income tax return, monthly withholding tax filing, Sales E-Invoice Issue, and VAT returns.

· Years of experience: 2years

· Education (degree, major): Accounting

· Specific skills: Excel, MISA, VN tax system (having a Chief Accountant certificate is a plus)

· Personality: detail-oriented and proactive

· Language: English ( Chinese language proficiency is a plus)
