Finance Business Partner (Manufacturing)

This role supports strategic decision‑making through rigorous financial analysis, modelling, and performance insight. The position partners closely with senior management and investors to evaluate business performance, guide investment decisions, and strengthen long‑term planning.

Description

* Analyse financial and operational data to support strategy, investments, and growth initiatives

* Build and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and investment or M&A evaluation

* Prepare clear, insight‑driven reports on performance, risks, and opportunities

* Track results against forecasts, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions

* Partner with internal teams and investors on transaction‑related analysis and initiatives

* Ensure data integrity through validation and reconciliation across multiple sources

* Translate operational performance into financial insights to refine the business model

Profile

* Minimum 5 years' experience in financial analysis, investment, or a related field

* Strong financial modelling, analytical, and problem‑solving skills

* Solid understanding of corporate finance and key business performance drivers

* High proficiency in Excel; comfortable working with large datasets

* Ability to operate at both strategic and hands‑on operational levels

* Strong communication skills with confidence engaging senior stakeholders
