Factory QA Manager

Main Responsibility:

1. Manage and work cross functionally to ensure consistent quality is delivered to our international customers.

2. Support and manage the QC team.

3. Audit and manage daily production quality through in line control & AQL auditing process. To be responsible to establish and manage / maintain an effective quality assurance system in the factories with an attitude of prevention.

4. Support daily production quality standards that align with each customer’s requirements. Ensure the production units have clear agreed standards following Tristate procedures.

5. Liaison with customers’ quality teams as required to establish good working relationships and full understanding of their quality standards.

6. Provide quality analysis through statistical data and to monitor against quality KPIs;

7. Train and support factory quality teams and monitor their performance for improvement planning, giving training as required in a systematic way.

8. To establish the root cause of quality issues and establish sustainable corrective action / training for line QCs and foremen.

9. To have good technical knowledge to work with the engineering team when required.

Qualification requirement:

1. Relevant college / bachelor’s degree, fluency in spoken & written English is an advantage.

2. Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience working in garment technical and quality assurance in manufacturing for premium European Brands. With a good understanding of patterns and garment construction.

3. Good outerwear product knowledge and soft tailoring for ladies and men’s and an appreciation of children’s wear product safety requirements.

4. Systematic thinking and process driven, strong analytical capability.

5. Self-motivation and drive to work effectively independently with minimal supervision

6. Can work well under pressure

7. Good computer skills -Excel, Word and Power Point.

Salary: Negotiation

Working time: Monday – Saturday (7:30 – 16:30 + OT (If any))
