Factory ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN (JAPANESE) – REMOTE

We are seeking a Japanese Factory Architectural Design Consultant to work remotely and collaborate with SOJI in the planning, architectural design, and operational optimization of this new factory project. The goal is to ensure the facility meets modern standards for manufacturing efficiency, safety, and future scalability.

• Provide strategic guidance and architectural design for SOJI Electronics' manufacturing factory project.
•  Develop and review master layout design plans, functional process lines, production areas, warehousing/logistics, offices, and auxiliary items.
•  Participate in concept design and basic design, and provide feedback on detailed design documents.
• Provide recommendations to optimize operational functionality, scalability, and investment efficiency of the factory.
• Coordinate remotely with the engineering, structural, and mechanical-electrical (M&E) teams and consulting units in Vietnam.
•  Review design documents to ensure they meet technical requirements and quality standards.
• Participate in regular online meetings with the Board of Directors and the project team.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Japanese nationality.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in industrial architectural design.
• Hands-on experience with factory, workshop, or manufacturing facility projects.
• Ability to work independently and provide remote consulting.
• Strong communication and project coordination skills.
• Preferred
• Prior involvement in designing electronics, precision mechanical, or supporting-industry factories.
• Experience at major Japanese corporations or design and construction firms.
• Experience implementing projects in Vietnam or the Southeast Asia region.
• Ability to communicate in English
