Bachelor's Degree, major in International Relations, Business Administration,...At least 10 years of experience in relevant fieldExperience in licensing or permits at government or public institutionsExperience in government relations at global companies (including Korean firms)Experience and deep understanding of the petrochemical industry and trade is preferredExperience working in the Ho Chi Minh City or Ba Ria - Vung Tau regionsHolders of networks with central and Ho Chi Minh City government agenciesGood communication in English
