Export Coordinator

• Check export schedule in Monthly and all the export shipping documents (ex. Buyer PO, booking sheet, Invoice, Packing list, BL etc.)

• Communicate with our factories in Vietnam & overseas closely to ensure all the shipments are on schedule.

• Monitor factories working performance and release SOP.

• Experience of handling documents in international trade in garment field is preferred.

• Around 5 years' work experience in the export field.

• Education required: from college/university, majoring in International Trade, International Business, Business or related field.

• Good at communication, email in English.

• Skillful at using Microsoft Office
