Fuse Architects is a growing Australian architecture and urban design practice with collaborative teams in Sydney, Cebu City and Ho Chi Minh City.

Founded in Sydney in 2016, Fuse works across significant residential, mixed-use, co-living and urban projects throughout Australia. Our international teams operate as one connected studio, collaborating daily across offices and contributing directly to projects from early design through to construction documentation and delivery.

We are looking for talented Experienced Graduate Architects and Project Architects to join our growing Ho Chi Minh City team.

This is an opportunity to build your international project experience, strengthen your BIM and technical skills, and work directly with experienced architects and project leaders across our global studio.

The Role

You will contribute to complex Australian projects using collaborative BIM workflows. Depending on your experience, you will be involved in design development, BIM modelling, consultant coordination and detailed construction documentation.

We welcome candidates with experience in either ArchiCAD or Revit. Fuse primarily works in ArchiCAD; however, we are equally interested in strong Revit candidates who are willing to transition to ArchiCAD with support from our team.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Architecture or an equivalent qualification

• Professional experience in architectural design, BIM and documentation

• Experience using ArchiCAD or Revit

• Interest in developing advanced BIM and technical documentation skills

• Good design judgment and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Good written and spoken English preferred

• Experience with apartment, mixed-use or other large-scale projects is highly regarded

• Australian or international project experience is advantageous but not essential

• Positive attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn

Your Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs, BIM models and documentation

• Produce coordinated 3D models and high-quality 2D drawing packages

• Contribute to design development and technical resolution

• Coordinate architectural documentation with consultants and internal teams

• Review and incorporate structural, services and other consultant information

• Participate in online design reviews, coordination meetings and team workshops

• Support projects from concept design through to detailed construction documentation
