About INNOVEGA

INNOVEGA is a fast-growing international aquaculture startup bringing innovative feed solutions to the shrimp and fish industry.

Our Vietnam team is young, motivated and hands-on. With our new office in Ho Chi Minh City, we are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant who wants to grow with us and help build our business in Vietnam.

Your Role

You will work directly with the CEO and be involved in the daily operation and development of INNOVEGA Vietnam.

Support the CEO with legal, regulatory and company matters

Manage office administration, contracts and paperwork

Coordinate logistics, suppliers and customers

Act as the link between the CEO and sales team

Coordinate communication with internal teams, vendors and clients

Maintain project documentation, reports and progress updates

Research business, market and regulatory topics

Support new projects and business growth

Occasionally travel to Mekong Delta, Ninh Thuan and Binh Thuan

Yêu cầu công việc

What We Are Looking For

4–5+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Business Support, Operations or similar role

Excellent English, written and spoken

Strong organizational and communication skills

Good research and analytical skills

Independent, proactive and reliable working style

Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment

Able to build good relationships with customers, suppliers and partners

Aquaculture industry experience is a strong advantage

What We Offer

25–35 million VND/month, depending on experience
