Event Partnership Leader

Event Planning & Execution
• Develop event ideas and action plans for both in-club events (e.g., Member Appreciation, Fitness Challenges, Class Demos, Wellness Days) and off-site activations (e.g., malls, communities, partners).

Coordination & Implementation
• Coordinate with club staff, PTs, GroupX/Yoga coaches, Sales, Marketing team, and partners during event execution.

Budget Management
• Prepare and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency.

Event Communication
• Work with relevant teams for pre–during–post event communication: POSM design, content creation, MC/influencer booking if needed.

Brand Collaboration
• Seek brand collaboration opportunities to co-host events and maximize brand synergy.

Post-event Evaluation
• Measure event effectiveness (participation, leads generated, engagement level...), prepare reports, and suggest improvements.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in event management, preferably in fitness/wellness/lifestyle industry.
• Passionate about health, people, and creating meaningful experiences in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent organizational, time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work on weekends or off-hours when events take place.
