EV Development Project Coordinator - ODM/OEM & Supplier Sourcing

Job Summary

E3 VINA is currently developing a new electric motorcycle in Vietnam under an ODM model and is seeking an EV DEVELOPMENT PROJECT COORDINATOR to coordinate project schedules, supplier sourcing, document management, and communication with business partners.

This is a hands-on project role that works directly with ODM/OEM suppliers and supports the Development PM throughout the product development process.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and track development schedules, action items, and key milestones for electric motorcycle ODM/OEM projects.

- Source and identify potential ODM/OEM manufacturers, component suppliers, and other relevant business partners.

- Contact suppliers, arrange meetings, follow up on requests, and prepare supplier comparison materials.

- Prepare and manage project documentation, including specifications, quotations, meeting minutes, supplier information, and development data.

- Maintain and regularly update project databases, including the Supplier List, Cost, Schedule, Specifications, and Issue Log.

- Communicate with domestic and overseas suppliers via email, online meetings, and face-to-face meetings.

- Support the preparation of RFI/RFP documents and collect quotations and technical/commercial information from potential suppliers.

- Evaluate and compare potential ODM/OEM suppliers in terms of feasibility, development cost, capabilities, and timeline.

- Support factory visits and supplier evaluations, including checklist preparation and consolidation of assessment results.

- Prepare weekly reports, project summary reports, and decision-support materials for the Development PM and management.

- Follow up on assigned issues and action items through completion and closure.

- Travel to supplier/ODM/OEM factories in Hanoi or Northern Vietnam as required.

- Strong command of English, with the ability to communicate with suppliers via email, online meetings, and business discussions.

- Strong skills in preparing documents and reports and consolidating data using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

- Strong follow-up skills and the ability to manage schedules, deadlines, and multiple action items simultaneously.

- Detail-oriented, accountable, and well-organized.

- Ability to quickly learn, understand, and summarize new technical information and convert it into well-structured internal documentation.

- Strong communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

- Korean language proficiency is an advantage.

- Previous experience in Supplier Sourcing, Purchasing, Project Coordination, PMO, or Product Development Support is preferred.

- Experience in manufacturing, automotive, motorcycles, electric vehicles, components, or related industries is an advantage.

- Hands-on experience working with ODM/OEM suppliers is highly preferred.
