ESG Specialist

Support the implementation of the Company's ESG strategy, sustainability roadmap, and cross-functional ESG initiatives.
Collect, consolidate, analyze and maintain ESG data; prepare periodic ESG reports for management, SCGP, customers, and other stakeholders.
Coordinate environmental initiatives including GHG Inventory, Carbon Footprint, Energy, Water, Waste Management, Circular Economy, etc.
Support compliance with ESG-related regulations, sustainability standards, customer requirements, and internal policies
Coordinate/ Organize ESG communication campaigns, employee engagement activities, sustainability training, and awareness programs.
Collaborate with internal departments, manufacturing sites, and external stakeholders to ensure effective ESG implementation.
Other assignments by supervisor or Line Manager.
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Sustainability, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
2–3 years of experience in ESG, Sustainability, Environmental Management, EHS, or related functions. Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
Familiarity with ESG frameworks, GHG Protocol, Carbon Footprint, EcoVadis, EPR regulations, ISO 14001, and sustainability reporting are an advantage.
Strong analytical, project coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI knowledge is a plus.
Language Good command of both written and spoken English.
