Entertainment Manager (Melia Serenity CR)

• Be responsible for the administration and operation of the swimming pools, kids club, pool concierge and fitness center.
• To generate overall profitability of the department as well as manage the cost control.
• To promote the desired work culture and values of trust, integrity and respect, following the Melia Brand ethic.

• College Degree or above.
• Lifeguard, Yoga and/or fitness certification.
• Knowledge of sport, wellbeing/wellness, children's and artistic programmes. 
• Swimming & Rescue skills.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in the entertainment department.
