English Teacher - Giáo Viên Tiếng Anh (Remote)

Class details: 

• Levels: Grade 6&7, Grade 8&9;
• The course is divided into: Listening & Speaking and Grammar & Writing;
• Taught in English to Vietnamese students;
• US Secondary Curriculum; 
• Classes taught online via Zoom;
• Class time: Monday to Sunday, each class lasts 2 hours (either 7 to 9 PM or 7:30 to 9:30 PM), class meeting once a week.

1. Teaching hours

• Prepare simplified lesson plans before every lesson;
• Be willing to substitute when required;
• Each class has at least 6 hours per semester of tutoring;
• Summarize class on EcoStudy system after every class within 24 hours;
• Comment on students’ performance once per month.

2. Non-teaching hours

• Participate in training courses when required;
• Support offline events at least 4 hours/ semester;
• Attend parent - teacher conference.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor’s Degree (Education major is preferable; Master's Degree is a plus);
• A teaching certificate (TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, DELTA) is preferred;
• IELTS 7.0 and above;
• Good English pronunciation;
• Suitable workspace to conduct online lessons without disruption.
