Mô tả công việc
- Manage and guide engineering team on shopfloor activities
- Ensure production processes meet quality and safety standards
- Troubleshoot process and equipment issues
- Drive improvement projects (efficiency, cost reduction, defect reduction)
- Support new product introduction and process setup
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality teams
- Monitor KPIs and ensure targets are achieved
