• 5–8 years in Engineering within Manufacturing (incl. management experience)

• Strong background in Mechanical / Electrical / Automation systems

• Experience in WCM / TPM (a strong advantage)

• Proven capability in project management, cost control, and innovation

• A leader with strategic thinking, drive, and a continuous improvement mindset
