Engineering & Digitalization Excellence Senior Manager

GENERAL INFORMATION

• Direct Report: COO

• Location: District 7 and frequent business travel to various provinces/sites as required by project schedules.

Lead engineering excellence and digital transformation across AIG factories to improve machine reliability and deploy smart factory solutions.

Drive automation, data analytics, and operational technology (OT) to maximize production efficiency, improve OEE, and support data-driven manufacturing decisions.

II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. ENGINEERING EXCELLENCE

• Maintenance Standardization & Asset Integrity (30%)

o Set up, implement standard maintenance frameworks across all manufacturing.

o Create technical SOPs and use MTBF and MTTR metrics to reduce machine breakdowns and eliminate unplanned downtime.

• Process Automation & Workforce Optimization (HC Positions)

o Plan and run automation projects for production and packaging lines to increase production output and improve OEE.

o Identify manual and repetitive tasks to improve factory floor layouts, optimize headcount (HC), and improve workforce efficiency.

• Utility Infrastructure & Exergy Performance Optimization

o Oversee factory utility systems, including steam, refrigeration, compressed air, and electricity grids.

o Apply energy efficiency concepts and analyze waste heat, energy analysis to reduce energy loss and lower total utility costs.

2. DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION ROAD MAP (70%)

• Industrial Data Systems & Operational Control Tower:

o Build data systems to enabler integrative dashboard control tower and enable Gen AI

• Advanced Analytics

o Develop data analytics tools to enable data driven decision.

• Modelling

o Develop application using machine learning and predictive models’ tools to maximize machine performance.

• Operational Technology (OT) Solution

o Develop, justify, and manage solutions and the CapEx budget across manufacturing sites.

Requirements

• Automation engineering – polytechnic/technical university

• 7 – 10 years’ experience working in Food & Beverage manufacturing

• Proven track records of coding applications

• Proven track records of working with preventive maintenance practices in manufacturing

• Experience in working with TPM practices is a PLUS

• Positive mindset and eagerness to learn is a MUST

• Fluent working with PPT, Excel

• Ready to extensive travelling & must be able to read technical English
