Position Summary:

We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Engineer/Senior Engineer of Facility Machine Maintenance to join our team at HOYA. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our facility machinery, contributing to the efficiency and productivity of our manufacturing processes. You will work closely with a dedicated team to maintain and improve our equipment, ensuring that we meet our production goals.

Job Description:

• Manage factory utilities & facilities (electrical, HVAC, compressed air, water, wastewater) to ensure stable operation.

• Plan preventive maintenance & repairs; manage technical teams and contractors.

• Control operating costs, budgets, and resources

• Ensure safety, environmental compliance, and continuous improvement

• Manage factory infrastructure upgrade and expansion projects

• Maintain technical records, reports, and maintenance data

• Coordinate with departments, suppliers, and contractors to support operations.

• Handle breakdowns and emergencies, minimizing production downtime.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics, HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.

• Proficiency in English, with a TOEIC score of 550 or higher (including the speaking test), or an IELTS score of 5.5 or higher.

• Experience in factory utility systems, contractor management, work supervision, and commissioning/acceptance is preferred.

• Good knowledge of electrical systems: transformers, generators, switchboards, ATS.

• Good knowledge of compressed air systems: air compressors, air dryers, and air receivers.

• Good knowledge of HVAC systems: AHU, Chiller, Cooling Tower.

• Knowledge of water supply & drainage, water treatment, fire protection, and BMS systems.

• Proficient in preventive/predictive maintenance planning and spare parts management.

• Able to read technical drawings and English technical documents; proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, and PowerPoint.
