Key Selection Criteria
A bachelor’s degree in psychology, Human Resource Management or related discipline.
Significant experience in a similar ER or HR advisory position, preferably within a global organization. Additional training or certification in workplace investigations or labor law is an advantage.
Strong understanding of due process, procedural fairness, and documentation standards.
