Embedded C/C++ Software Engineer (All Levels: Fresher To Senior) - Telecom Domain

• Research and develop 4G/5G network protocols (LTE/NR) for base

stations (BTS/eNodeB/gNodeB)

• Design, develop, and optimize protocol layers including PHY, L3, MAC,

RLC, PDCP

• Develop optimization algorithms to improve network performance,

including latency, throughput, scalability, and reliability

• Work on advanced wireless technologies such as network slicing,

beamforming, and scheduling optimization

• Integrate software with network equipment and core systems, supporting

deployment, testing, and system optimization

• Collaborate with hardware, system, and maintenance teams to ensure

optimal product performance

For Fresher:

• Bachelor or Master degree in related majors (Telecom, Electronics Engineering, Math)

• Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English

• Knowledge in general purpose programming languages such as C

For Experienced:

• Bachelor or Master degree in related fields

• 1+ years of related industry experience (Embedded device or wireless network experiences)

• Knowledge in Linux environments

• Experience working in a git/gerrit based development flow

• Software development in a multi-core deployment scenario

• Knowledge in general purpose programming languages such as C

• Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English
