Tuyển dụng EHS Engineer tại Bắc Ninh

This position is responsible for, but not limited to, implementing environment and safety policies, conducting assessments, delivering training, investigating accidents, promoting sustainability efforts, staying up-to-date on regulations, analyzing performance metrics, and leading emergency response efforts.

Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to

• Ensure compliance with Vietnam's Law on Environmental Protection, Environmental License

• Maintain and improve the ISO 14001 system (aspect/impact assessment, objectives, internal/external audits)

• Develop and maintain chemical management procedures (SDS, inventory, storage, spill response)

• Develop environmental emergency response plans (chemical spills, wastewater system failures, hazardous waste leaks), Organize and evaluate periodic emergency response drills

• Lead on-site investigations: root cause analysis, impact assessment, regulatory reporting, corrective action tracking

• Coordinate periodic health checks and occupational disease screening per Vietnam regulations; Track occupational disease records

• Deliver environmental and occupational health training to employees; Organize awareness-raising activities, campaigns, and competitions (e.g., 5S contests, environmental theme days, safety/environment quizzes) to build a culture of environmental responsibility among workers

• Prepare and submit periodic environmental reports to local, customer,…Maintain corporate compliance reporting through group systems (e.g., Enhesa, Greenstone); Consolidate site EHS/environmental data for monthly/quarterly group reporting; ensure consistency between local regulatory filings and corporate dashboards

• Represent in working sessions with local authorities; third-party auditors, customer; ensure timely, accurate responses to official requests

• Report to EHS Lead

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental, Occupational Health or relevant profession.

Skills and competencies:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in the similar role and have a good knowledgeable in ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.

• Knowledge of RBA, fire safety, occupation hygiene and, electrical safety is advantage.

• Fluent in Vietnamese and English (written and oral).

• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese EHS regulations and standards with experienced in working with local authorities.

• Able to work independently, proactively, and result oriented. Has good interpersonal and teamwork skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
