E-commerce Specialist (Project Based)

- Manage and optimize Shopee and TikTok Shop stores, including product listings, pricing, campaigns, and flash sales.
- Plan, execute, and improve live commerce sessions; coordinate with hosts and KOCs.
- Develop strategies to connect online and offline sales (e.g., limited offline drops, retail activations).
- Set up and manage affiliate and commission structures for KOCs.
- Monitor sales performance, margins, and conversion rates; provide insights and continuous optimization.
- Track and report performance metrics with a strong focus on revenue growth and efficiency.

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience operating Shopee and/or TikTok Shop with proven sales results.
- Strong understanding of live commerce, affiliate marketing, and platform mechanics.
- Native Vietnamese with conversational English proficiency.
- Data-driven mindset with a strong focus on sales performance and results.
- Existing network of KOCs, livestream hosts, or influencers.
- Experience in Beauty or F&B categories.
