E-Commerce Operations Executive

Build, manage, and optimize brand storefronts on E-Commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other relevant E-Commerce platforms).Manage and maintain product listings, ensuring content accuracy, completeness, and appeal to enhance the online customer experience.
Execute promotional campaigns in alignment with approved marketing plans to drive traffic and sales.
Manage end-to-end order processing, monitor delivery status, and coordinate with Admin, Warehouse, and Logistics teams.
Support in setting up and monitoring paid advertising campaigns (Shopee Ads, TikTok Ads) under manager's Strategy/Guidance.
Provide excellent customer service, including handling inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support (returns, exchanges, damaged products).Stay updated on platform policies, market trends, and competitor activities.
Support livestream operations by coordinating product preparation, technical setup, and execution of livestream sales activities.
Reconcile monthly revenue, sales costs, and report financial performance in collaboration with the accounting team.
Perform other duties as assigned by manager.

Education: College Degree; Economics/Marketing/ Electronic Commerce/Business Administration Major.
Experience: ≥ 1–2 years of experience in E-Commerce operations (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada,…).Skill: Familiarity with MS Office such as Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook.
Good understanding of marketplace basic tools and operations (promotions, product listing, shop decoration, customer service).Experience with KOL/KOC collaboration, livestream selling, or content creation is a plus.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and optimize results.
Basic English communication skills.
