Tuyển dụng E-commerce Designer tại Hồ Chí Minh

E-commerce Platform Design (Primary ~60–70% of role)
•     Design and optimize visual assets for Shopee, TikTok Shop, and everyhalf.vn: product listing images, banners, shop decoration, campaign creatives, promotional graphics
•     Ensure designs follow platform-specific best practices (image dimensions, thumbnail clarity, mobile-first layouts) to support conversion
•     Support seasonal campaigns, flash sales, and promotional events with timely asset delivery
Packaging Design Support
•     Assist with packaging design updates and variations (FOP/BOP layouts, label adjustments) in coordination with the design agency and product team
•     Prepare print-ready files as needed
Content Editing
•     Edit product photos and short-form video content (reels, TikTok content, product demos) for use across e-commerce and social channels
•     Basic retouching, cropping, and formatting for multi-platform use
Social Media Management
•     Support content scheduling and basic account management for brand social channels if needed
•     2–3 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio focused on e-commerce platform design (Shopee, TikTok Shop, or similar marketplaces)
•     Proficiency in design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva; Figma a plus)
•     Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
•     Understanding of e-commerce visual best practices (thumbnail optimization, mobile-first design, platform image specs)
•     Ability to work with fast turnaround times across multiple concurrent campaigns
•     Experience with packaging or print design
•     Familiarity with social media content management/scheduling tools
•     Experience in F&B, CPG, or coffee/beverage industry
•     Basic understanding of Vietnamese and cross-border (SEA) e-commerce platform nuances
