Division Manager, Merchandising (Location: Ho Chi Minh)

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and develop the merchandising team to achieve business objectives and customer satisfaction.

- Manage end-to-end merchandising activities including sourcing, costing, product development, order execution, and delivery.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, garment factories, fabric mills, and suppliers.

- Drive competitive sourcing strategies, cost optimization, quality, and delivery performance.

- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of customer requirements.

- Monitor supplier performance, production capacity, compliance, and market developments.

- Coordinate with regional offices on sourcing and production allocation where required.

- Provide market intelligence on sourcing trends, capacity, pricing, and industry developments.

- Support business growth through customer development and sourcing opportunities.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and labor standards.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Textile, Supply Chain, Fashion, or a related field.

- 15+ years of merchandising experience in the apparel industry, with at least 6 years in management role.

- Strong experience in sourcing, costing, product development, production management, and vendor management.

- Experience in Outerwear is highly preferred.

- Proven track record in managing customer accounts and merchandising teams.

- Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

- Commercially minded with the ability to balance customer needs and business objectives.

- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
