Mô Tả Công Việc
Main Duties
1. Food & Beverage Operations – BIM Operated Businesses: Provide strategic leadership, operational guidance and performance support to all BIM-operated restaurants, bars, galleries and F&B businesses; drive operational excellence, service quality and guest satisfaction; assume responsibility for the P&L, ensuring revenue growth, profitability and achievement of budgeted objectives; develop initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity; establish and monitor KPIs and operational standards.
2. Asset Management Oversight – Third Party Operated Properties: Monitor operational and financial performance of all F&B operations managed by third-party operators; protect owner interests through regular performance reviews, benchmarking and strategic recommendations; identify underperforming venues and collaborate on corrective-action and business-recovery plans; evaluate revenue, profitability, labour productivity, cost controls and guest-satisfaction metrics; review operators' annual business plans, budgets, forecasts and marketing strategies; ensure destination restaurants and bars deliver appropriate returns on owner investment.
3. Concept Development, Capital Projects & Asset Enhancement: Evaluate, develop and approve new F&B concepts; review feasibility studies, market positioning, business plans and financial projections; recommend kitchen layouts, operational flow and F&B-related design, FF&E and OS&E; collaborate with Development, Design and Project teams on new projects and asset-enhancement initiatives; evaluate CapEx requests, refurbishment, repositioning and concept changes; assess ROI and investment proposals against owner objectives; support pre-opening planning and operational readiness.
4. Thanh Xuan Valley Operational Support: Provide operational support and advisory assistance to the General Manager as required; act as a quality-assurance and performance-improvement resource for all F&B operations; partner with property leadership to improve the guest journey and dining experience; conduct operational reviews and audits to identify opportunities for service, consistency and profitability; support leadership development, training and operational capability building, and implement best practices and service standards.
5. Strategic Projects & Portfolio Initiatives: Lead and support strategic projects assigned by the Head of Hospitality; provide F&B expertise for portfolio-wide initiatives, developments and business-improvement projects; support cross-functional teams on projects with significant F&B components; identify and engage industry-leading F&B and kitchen consultants and subject-matter experts; conduct market research and industry benchmarking to identify emerging trends, concepts and opportunities; contribute to the long-term F&B strategy and growth plans for the portfolio.
6. Sales, Marketing & Brand: Partner with BIM Marketing to build brand awareness, market share and revenue through promotions and campaigns; support events, destination activations and private/VIP experiences that drive traffic and brand positioning.
7. Procurement & Supplier Strategy: Collaborate with BIM Procurement and vendors to ensure efficient sourcing of F&B supplies and OS&E; build long-term strategic supplier partnerships for exclusive products and cost-effective purchasing
8. Talent Development & Stakeholder Management: Work with HR to develop F&B training and talent strategies; build and maintain productive relationships across BIM, properties, operators, suppliers and partners to support growth and new opportunities.
9. Innovation & Technology: Champion technology-driven solutions (POS, ordering, payment, data analytics) that enhance the guest experience and F&B service efficiency and integrate F&B innovation across the portfolio.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, Food & Beverage, Restaurant Management or relevant fields; exposure to hospitality asset management or investment is an advantage.
- 10+ years of experience in Food & Beverage management/ leadership across a variety of hotels and resorts, including multi-property or portfolio oversight. Experience in F&B asset management, owner-representative or operator-oversight roles is strongly preferred.
- Menu engineering, revenue & pricing management, P&L management, feasibility studies and CapEx/ROI analysis, operator performance benchmarking, area planning in F&B operations and kitchen. Strong Emotional Intelligence and Stakeholder Management.
- People Management - has the ability to create an open and efficient team culture.
- Influence - shows strong emotional intelligence dimension to influence both people and work culture necessary.
- Communication - effective in communicating a professional message across all levels of the business.
- Decision making - strong at making quick and intelligent decisions in driving asset's values.
- Commercial awareness - a savvy operator in knowing where to drive both top and bottom-line performance.
- Planning - able to organize his/her workflow and is effective manager of time.

Thông tin cá nhân của mỗi ứng viên được thu thập và xử lý một cách thận trọng. Vui lòng đọc kỹ Điều khoản sử dụng dưới đây để hiểu rõ hơn về cách thức thu thập, sử dụng, xử lý và lưu trữ thông tin cá nhân của ứng viên.

b. Các trang web hoặc dịch vụ có liên kết đến/ từ nền tảng này có thể có chính sách bảo mật riêng mà ứng viên có thể xem bằng cách truy cập các đường liên kết liên quan (nếu có).
2. Thu thập Thông tin cá nhân
a. Khi ứng viên tạo tài khoản trên nền tảng, đồng nghĩa với việc đồng ý cho phép thu thập, xử lý, lưu trữ và chia sẻ Thông tin cá nhân của mình cho các mục đích sau:
i. Đánh giá hồ sơ để phục vụ quá trình tuyển dụng vào các vị trí tại tổ chức và các đơn vị liên kết trong từng giai đoạn; ii. Gửi thông báo hoặc liên hệ để trao đổi về kết quả ứng tuyển hoặc các thông tin liên quan; iii. Đề xuất các cơ hội việc làm phù hợp với hồ sơ cá nhân đã được đăng tải, dựa trên đánh giá của hệ thống; iv. Thực hiện nghĩa vụ phát sinh từ bất kỳ thỏa thuận hay hợp đồng nào giữa ứng viên và tổ chức;
v. Cập nhật cho ứng viên về các thay đổi liên quan đến chính sách bảo mật.
b. Việc thu thập thông tin có thể được mở rộng để đảm bảo rằng người dùng luôn được thông tin kịp thời về bất kỳ thay đổi nào liên quan đến chính sách hoặc cách thức sử dụng thông tin cá nhân.
3. Sử dụng Thông tin cá nhân
Thông tin cá nhân của người dùng không được bán, cho thuê hoặc chia sẻ với bên thứ ba, ngoại trừ các trường hợp sau:
a. Chuyển giao thông tin cho các đối tác cung cấp dịch vụ hỗ trợ kỹ thuật, quản lý nền tảng, sàng lọc ứng viên hoặc hỗ trợ cải thiện hiệu quả hoạt động tuyển dụng. Các đối tác này có nghĩa vụ bảo mật thông tin theo hợp đồng hợp pháp;
b. Phục vụ công tác kiểm tra, ngăn ngừa, hoặc thực hiện hành động đối với hành vi gian lận, vi phạm pháp luật hoặc vi phạm điều khoản sử dụng;
c. Theo yêu cầu của cơ quan quản lý nhà nước có thẩm quyền, hoặc để bảo vệ quyền và lợi ích hợp pháp của các bên liên quan trong trường hợp có tranh chấp hoặc khiếu kiện.
4. Kiểm soát Thông tin cá nhân
Khi đăng tải thông tin cá nhân trên nền tảng, ứng viên có trách nhiệm bảo mật thông tin tài khoản (bao gồm tên đăng nhập và mật khẩu). Bất kỳ tổn thất nào phát sinh từ việc ứng viên làm lộ thông tin tài khoản sẽ không thuộc phạm vi trách nhiệm của hệ thống.
Đối với dữ liệu cá nhân, người dùng có quyền:
a. Yêu cầu chỉnh sửa hoặc cập nhật nếu thông tin bị sai lệch hoặc không đầy đủ;
b. Đề nghị xóa bỏ thông tin cá nhân đang được lưu trữ, nếu không còn cần thiết theo quy định.
5. Phương thức, thời hạn lưu trữ thông tin
a. Dữ liệu cá nhân có thể được lưu trữ thông qua các giải pháp điện toán đám mây hoặc hệ thống của bên thứ ba, với điều kiện các nhà cung cấp này tuân thủ nghiêm ngặt các quy định về bảo mật thông tin;
b. Nếu ứng viên được tuyển dụng, dữ liệu sẽ trở thành một phần của hồ sơ nhân sự và được lưu giữ theo quy định nội bộ. Nếu không được tuyển dụng, thông tin sẽ được xóa trong vòng 6 tháng sau khi kết thúc quá trình tuyển chọn, trừ khi có sự đồng ý giữ lại để xem xét cho các cơ hội khác trong tương lai;
c. Trong mọi trường hợp, thông tin có thể được lưu giữ trong thời gian dài hơn nếu được pháp luật yêu cầu.
6. Sửa đổi, bổ sung Chính sách bảo mật thông tin
Chính sách bảo mật này có thể được cập nhật hoặc chỉnh sửa theo từng giai đoạn để phù hợp với yêu cầu pháp lý hoặc thực tiễn vận hành. Mọi thay đổi sẽ được thông báo rõ ràng trước khi áp dụng. Người dùng được khuyến nghị nên kiểm tra định kỳ để đảm bảo hiểu rõ cách thức bảo mật dữ liệu cá nhân của mình.
