Digital Marketing

1. Digital Campaign Management

• Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Facebook and Zalo to achieve lead generation and enrollment targets.
• Continuously analyze campaign performance and optimize targeting, creatives, and budgets to improve lead quality and cost efficiency.
• Monitor campaign KPIs and provide regular performance reports with actionable insights.

2. Lead & Data Management

• Manage and oversee lead data entry to ensure complete, accurate, and timely records in the CRM/database.
• Collaborate with the Educational Consultant teams to monitor lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
• Analyze lead data to identify trends and recommend improvements for future campaigns.

3. Marketing Design & Content Support

• Design marketing materials for internal and external use, including:

  - Facebook posts and social media creatives

  - Promotional banners

  - Event materials

  - Posters, flyers, and other marketing assets

• Ensure all marketing materials are aligned with the company's branding guidelines.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Admissions, Operations, and Academic teams to support marketing initiatives and campaigns.
• Coordinate with external vendors or agencies when required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in planning and managing Facebook Ads campaigns with proven lead generation results.
• Proficient in MS Office, Canva, Capcut. Adobe Ps, Adobe Pr is a plus.
• Proactive, well-organized, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken
