DevOps Engineer (Remote, English Required)

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer with a strong background in blockchain infrastructure to join an international engineering team. You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing highly available cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes environments, and monitoring systems while collaborating directly with US-based clients.

This position is fully remote and requires excellent English communication skills for daily interaction with the client.

• Design, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure for blockchain applications.
• Manage Linux servers and cloud infrastructure across AWS and/or Google Cloud.
• Build and optimize Kubernetes-based container orchestration environments.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar platforms.
• Monitor system performance using Grafana, Prometheus, and other observability tools.
• Automate infrastructure and operational tasks through scripting and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Create technical documentation, operational runbooks, architecture documentation, and blameless post-mortem reports.
• Collaborate closely with software engineers and US-based clients to ensure system reliability, scalability, and security.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience working with blockchain infrastructure is required.
• Proven experience supporting production environments with high availability and scalability.
• Strong expertise in Linux system administration.
• Solid experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments.
• Proficient in monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, or equivalent.
• Strong scripting skills using Shell/Bash.
• Working knowledge of Go, Python, or Rust.
• Extensive experience with AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including deployment, scaling, monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar is a plus).
• Experience writing technical documentation, operational procedures, and incident post-mortem reports
• Fluent English (both written and spoken), with proficiency equivalent to IELTS 7.0 or above.
• Comfortable communicating directly with international clients during meetings and technical discussions.

Working Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• Total: 8 hours/day
• Core working hours (mandatory): 20:00 – 24:00 (GMT+7) for meetings and collaboration with the US client.
• The remaining 4 working hours are flexible and arranged based on client requirements and project needs.
