Development Officer

- Identification of new material possibilities and packaging developments.

- Management of project activity and oversight of trials and launch activity.

- Liaison with suppliers and communication of functional requirements of materials as well as ensure of efficient costings.

- Technical approval of specifications prior to release for use

- Enter, update, and maintain data in the company's ERP, BOMX, or other internal systems…

- Verify data accuracy before and after entry.

- Review source documents for completeness and resolve discrepancies.

- Generate reports as requested by supervisors or management.

- Perform regular data validation and quality checks.

- Coordinate with internal departments to obtain missing or updated information.

- Ensure confidentiality and security of company data.

- Assist with document filing, scanning, and archiving.

- Follow company procedures and data management standards.

- Others: Sourcing and Development department’s activities.

Yêu cầu công việc

- BA degree ( equivalent) educated in packaging technology, design, manufacturing engineering or related discipline;

- More than 3 year experiences at the same position (Understanding packaging industry, R&D with Packaging background); Experience in costing, data entry & analysis; and costing negotiation.

- Customer service, negotiation and planning skills;

- Critical thinking, decision making and leading skills;

- Good Teamwork attitude and project management and coordination skills;

- Experienced with good understanding of international business rules and regulations;

- Good communication of English, Chinese;

- Strong problem solving skill;

- Able to work under high pressure;

- Willing for business trips.
